Frequently asked questions!

1.  How long are the sessions?

  • Our sessions are one month long and are based on the calendar month.
  • Your child IS automatically enrolled from month to month; no need to re-enroll at the end of each month.

2.  Do I need to wait for the next session to begin?

  • No, you do not.  You may join at any time during the current month.  
  • If you wish to wait a few weeks to begin classes, open enrollment begins online on the 15th of the current month for the upcoming month. (For example: January 15th begins open enrollment for February).  

3.  What is the price per month?

  • The tuition is $52.00 per month.
  • Tuition will be pro-rated based on your start date for the current month. 

4.  Are there other fees?

  • Yes, there is a yearly registration/anniversary fee that is required to be paid when you join ESA.
  • The registration fee is $25.00 for the first child, $20.00 for the 2nd child, 3rd child is $0.00.  It is capped at two children.

5.  What methods of payment do you accept?

  • Cash, checks, and debit/credit cards may be used at the counter inside the gym. Debit/credit cards may also be used online via our parent portal.

6.  Do you offer automatic payment withdrawals?

  • YES we do!
  • Automatic withdrawals will occur on the 15th of every month for the upcoming month.  
  • You may enter your credit card information online via the parent portal (choose the option for your credit card information to be saved) OR you may ask at the counter for assistance.
  • If there is a problem with your credit card information and the withdrawal can not be completed, you will be notified via email.

6.  When is tuition due?

  • If you do not choose to utilize our automatic withdrawal process, tuition must be paid by the last day of the current month for the upcoming month. (For example, February tuition must be paid by January 31st).
  • If you choose automatic withdrawals, it will be processed on the 15th of the month.
  • If tuition is not paid by the last day of the month, your child will be un-enrolled and their spot will be given to someone else.

​​5.  Do you offer any discounts?

  • Yes, we offer a 10% discount for multiple children and multiple classes (including cheer and dance classes).

6.  What should my child wear to class?

  • Whatever they are comfortable in!  
  • Lots of girls prefer leotards, but shorts/leggings and t-shirts are also ok.
  • Shoes and socks are not allowed.
  • Please make sure the children's clothing are free of zippers, snaps and buttons. 
  • Please put your daughter's hair up if it is in her face (that way she can see better!). 

7.  What if I don't know what class to sign up for?

  • ​If your child is under the age of 5, their class is determined by their age.
  • If your child is 5 and older they must begin in the bronze level class.  Only if your child has been promoted from our bronze gymnastics class and/or evaluated by our ESA Staff, may they begin in our Silver class.  ​​
